Following this premise, the paper focused on the justification of ethical micro financing in Nigeria with consideration of experiences worldwide that Islamic micro financing is one of the fastest-growing segments in both the domestic and international financial system. This study also intends to inspire the espousal of alternative ethical finance to tie together its benefits in Nigeria. A structured questionnaire was distributed to the Bauchi metropolis; thereby, a convenience sampling technique was used. The data collected were analyzed using frequency tables, percentages, and simple tabulation. This study believed that poverty is not created by poor people. It is created by the institutions and policies which surround them. Loans offer people the chance to take initiatives in business and agriculture to make earnings that enable them to pay off debt. This paper largely recommended that the acceptance of Islamic and ethical microfinancing experiences are the foremost component of the struggle against poverty and can be used to ease the discouraging impact of the high unemployment rate among the youth in Nigeria and other Muslim countries. The study covers different aspects concerning socio-economic status, barriers in improving the income level, GDP level, consumption level, and Investment level of the people and whether the Government is significant in improving the standards of the people post the pandemic. All categories of people who are affected by this pandemic were surveyed by using Google forms and the extent of improvement after the pandemic in their social and economic status is studied. The mutual fund includes various investment benefits like liquidity, timely return, fund diversification, widespread analysis monetary allocation vis-a-vis a full disclosure of fund management. There are various investment products available for investment in the financial market. However, all these investment products must be able to meet an investor's expectations? Hence to know the investor's perception and expectation, it is necessary to study the implications of mutual funds from a unique perspective. This paper explains how different factors are affecting an individual's perception of mutual funds. As per the findings, individuals are more inclined to traditional investment than an investment in a mutual fund. Those who have invested in mutual funds, most of them were selected equity option and Systematic investment plan or SIP. ATMs are self-service vendor machine it permits customers to do anywhere, anytime banking both the bank and customers stand to gain in several ways. In contrast, ATMs bring down the cost per transaction, increase efficiency by reducing the workload of staff, they help to increase accuracy, speed, save time, money and effort of customers. Thus ATM impacts customer services and leads to better customer satisfaction. They enable the bank to transact more business by offering various services in a cost-effective way on one side and to get more customer satisfaction on the other. To analyze the relationship between demographic variables and preferences to use ATM, a structured questionnaire was used to collect the data from a random sample of 50 customers from a syndicate bank in Bhadravati, percentage analysis and chi-square test are applied for data analysis and interpretation. Recently there has been a growing awareness of the existence, importance, and needs of the unprotected workers. The unprotected workers are, by definition, disadvantaged workers, the degree varies from section to section. There is a lot of research in the field of unprotected workers. But very few research has been carried out about the unprotected industrial workers belonging to engineering and foundry units, who form a sizeable proportion of the total labor force. There is an immediate need to focus on occupational safety for the formal/organized industrial workers. In India, occupational health safety has so far benefited, only for workers of the formal sector. Against this background, the current study attempted to know the Determinants of Occupational Health Problems of industrial workers in Coimbatore - Tamilnadu. The study found that the sample industrial workers appear to be suffering from occupational-related health problems has increased with an increase in their current age, and such likelihood is also noted as moderately higher among those who are in debt, but unexpectedly such suffering from health problems is also found to be higher among those who own assets. It soon became popular among customers in metropolitan cities, but the actual revolution came in 2010 when app-based services started its operation. Soon the market became competitive, and consumers became more demanding. Now companies are using various strategies to bring more customers as well as to retain their old customers. The study of customer attitude is important for every cab service provider to get the maximum market share in the business. Customer attitude is a post dissonance of consumption activity influenced by various factors. To study the customer attitude towards online cab services, a sample of 150 respondents was selected in Madurai city. The purpose of the present study is to know the various factors influencing the customers while selecting a cab service. The study also focuses on the problems faced in online cab services, and also the future needs of the customers are also found. The study also reveals the most preferred online cabs by the customers.
