The study uses data from the Zimbabwe Demographic Health Survey (ZDHS) (1994-2015) by employing the Ordinary Least Method (OLS) regression approach. The results indicate that breastfeeding and vaccination on each count has a significant negative effect on under-five child health outcomes (stunting and wasting). On the contrary, child-size shows a significant positive effect on wasting and underweight among under-five children in Zimbabwe. Area of residence indicates an under five-child in an urban center is less likely to be wasting than its contemporary in a rural area. The individual effects of mothers' education, wealth index, child's sex and marital status show insignificant effects under-five child health outcomes. The policy implication is that health professionals should intensify education on early child suckling and succeeding dietary mix to obviate poor health outcomes. This study also implores the Ministry of Health and Child Care in Zimbabwe to review existing vaccination programmes by extending to households with poor child health outcomes found in inaccessible areas. As a contribution, this study provides a platform for deliberations on family care and child health care in African societies. The virus is sweeping across the world, parting a trail of efficient and group dent in its wake. Coronavirus has gone with new evils and miseries in the large-scale nation and health. The profitable force of the coronavirus is subsequently critical that the experts predicted that the forthcoming large scale depression would be as like as the 1929 terrible depression or at slightest will cross over the 2008 monetary crisis. Countries adopted a national scale lockdown as a head march to enclose the coronavirus. For that altogether, money-making behavior and everyday energy stopped, barren cities and the street feels like hollows. The macro monetary brunt of the coronavirus and the outlook of the macro cost-cutting measure after the epidemic ends. Corona infection is increasing rapidly in India and the number of people falling victim to the coronavirus infection. The coronavirus disease continues to increase across humankind next to a path that is tough to predict. In India, electricity has not played an active role in the socio-economic progress of the village. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is growing by 8%, whereas the involvement of agriculture division is 1.9%. The government of India has encouraged the goal of providing electricity to all villages in various phases. Therefore, the aim of this research was to define the techno-economic analysis of decentralized Small Hydro Power projects in Kerala with the help of RET Screen expert software. The objectives are to explore the potential hydropower to be harvested by Small Hydro Power for rural electrification, to assess financial saving and cost analysis and to investigate the environmental impact of the Small Hydro Power in Kerala. The RET Screen expert is used to assess the economic feasibility of a Small Hydro Power system and to recommend the possibility of installing the technology in the Meenvallom SHP in Kerala. The RET Screen expert is a Clean Energy Management Software developed by the Government of Canada, which is a free-of-charge decision support software for pre-feasibility or feasibility analysis and also ongoing energy efficiency performance analysis (Netscreen Canada). An attempt has been made in this study is to evaluate the features of rural electrification in Kerala and the viability of Small Hydro Power (SHP). Most of them are poor and daily wage workers. The socio-economic backwardness of scheduled caste people is a historically determined outcome of a caste system in India. Education is the only way for them to get out of this historical whirlwind of economic deprivation, denial of rights and social exclusion. The Government of India passed The Right to Education Act in 2010 and it ensures free and compulsory education for all children aged 6 to 14. The government of Kerala has introduced many innovative programs to provide education for scheduled caste pupils in the state. Model Residential School owned and managed by the Scheduled Caste Development Department of The Government of Kerala, is one of such successful initiatives. Model Residential Schools take special care to cater to the educational needs of the underprivileged children and help them to attain quality education. In this article, the investigators explore the role played by the model residential schools in the educational development of scheduled caste pupils in Kerala and particularly in solving the burning issue of a high rate of dropouts among scheduled caste pupils. However, they are additional causes of cancer that contains beta carotene, red meat, processed meats, low intake of fiber diets, poor Exclusive Breast Feeding (EBF), obesity, increased adult height, sedentary lifestyles, etc.; there is a knowledge imbalance in knowing the causes of cancer among the physicians as well as researchers. To prevent at and permit the early detection and effective treatment is necessary in this regard. Steps were taken to prevent, control and management of cancer are disturbed by the insufficient knowledge about the disease among the population. The ultimate aim of cancer management is to reduce the prevalence of cancer and to improve the quality of life. A practical way to identify cancer control risk is to understand the real risk factors for causing cancer. When the causes are not well explained and understood, it is difficult to treat the disease. Screening of asymptomatic populations and awareness of early signs and symptoms can certainly improve the treatment of cancer. Knowing the causes of cancer and knowledge about preventing it can cure the disease, prolong our life, and improve the quality of our life. Cancer research is crucial for effective planning and strategic Cancer Control Programmes (CCP). The progress of SHG-Bank linkage programme has been analyzed in terms growth of savings of SHGs with banks and growth of bank loans disbursed to SHGs. For this purpose the data required for the study were collected from the official publication of National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development (NABARD), different published reports, journals and existing available literature. This study employed simple statistical tools such as percentage analysis and averages to analyze the data. The result of the study shows that there is significant raise in the amount of savings of SHGs with banking sector and amount of loans disbursed to SHGs, During this study period. However the agency-wise analyses of savings of SHGs and loans disbursed to SHGs show that the Commercial banks lead in getting savings of SHGs and loans disbursed to them followed by Regional Rural Banks and Co-operative banks. Not with standing the remarkable progress, geographically there has been skewed development of SHG-Bank linkage programme in India. There is wide regional disparity in the spread of SHGs, savings of SHGs with banks and loans disbursed to SHGs under this programme. The outreach of this programme is spectacular in Southern region while North, West and Eastern regions are lagging behind. In view of the large outreach, predominant position and the possible benefits to the poor, it is very important to see the benefits of this programme to reach across all sections of the society and regions. So far the SHG movement is India is mostly South-Centric and it is yet to take off the real sense in other regions of India. The main aim is to treat people with mental health issues and substance use of disorder. Vaccination is crucial in terms of ensuring the overall health conditions and wellbeing. The development of vaccines is an expensive and lengthy process. Depreciation is high and takes multiple candidates and long years to produce a licensed vaccine. The access to vaccines that prevent life-threatening infectious diseases remains not equal to all the population. The benefits of vaccination derive from health and economic benefits and the health benefits have diminishing returns as a result of high-risk individuals been vaccinated first. Economic benefits depend both on the health benefits and on how reduced risk of infection and death translates into a leading general economic activity. Department of Government is required to perform a systematic economic analyses of vaccines and to justify their given pressure on both private and public finances on a global level; provoke in the year 2008 financial crash. Mostly, the government supports charities and non-governmental organizations, where people invest in these, with the hope of improving the health conditions. The data required for this study were collected from primary as well as secondary sources. Tools such as index number, mean, range, standard deviation and coefficient of variance are used for the present study. Both the Total Variable Cost and Total Fixed Cost were high for large farmers in the Coimbatore district, i.e., 40.17 percent and 13.44 percent respectively. It is concluded that turmeric cultivation is profitable with a Total Cost of production for an acre of Rs. 108794 and gross income from turmeric cultivation were Rs. 214821. The Net Income was Rs. 106027 per acre. The Cost-Benefit Ratio was greater than one. It indicates that the production of turmeric was highly remunerative and profitable for the growers.
