Health is a function of society’s total integrated development, and health status is one of the quality of life indices. Health is a positive term that emphasises social and personal resources as well as physical capabilities. It is a resource for everyday life, not the goal of living. Human health is inextricably linked to the health of the life-sustaining ecosystems with which we interact and are connected. Furthermore, the health of future generations is contingent on the ecosystems’ integrity and sustainability, regardless of how healthy the current generation is. Because health is such an important aspect of development, everyone is concerned about it. The health, ability, and well-being of the people are the most valuable human resources required for every country’s development and economic growth. ER -
