Abstract
Poetry has long been recognized as a means of artistic expression, but in recent years, it has gained attention for its therapeutic potential. This paper explores the role of poetry as a form of therapy, examining its impact on mental health and well-being. Through a review of existing literature, the paper highlights the psychological benefits of creative expression, the therapeutic process of writing poetry, and the use of poetry in clinical settings.
