ஐங்குறுநூற்றுக் குறிஞ்சித்திணையில் உள்ளுறை உவமம்
Abstract
The works called Sangam literature consist of Ettuthokai (Eight Anthologies) and Pattupattu (Ten Long Poems). Ainkurunuru is one of the akam (love poetry) texts in the Ettuthokai. The Ainkurunuru is divided into five tinais (landscape-based themes), with one hundred poems for each tinai, totaling five hundred poems. It can be observed that each tinai in Ainkurunuru was composed by one poet each, meaning five poets in total. The objective of this research is to study the implicit metaphors (ullurai uvamam) found in the Keral decade among the hundred poems included in the Kurinji tinai of the distinguished Ainkurunuru.
This text appears to be introducing a research study focused on analyzing implicit metaphors in a specific section (Keral decade) of the Kurinji tinai from the classical Tamil work Ainkurunuru, which is part of the ancient Sangam literature corpus.
