Abstract

Management centers around multifaceted leadership qualities. Ancient management can be characterized as something that organized, categorized, and systematically arranged the activities performed by humankind. Modern management developed in accordance with the invention of printing machines. Management can be discussed as a personality trait that is intricately woven with human society. This includes multifaceted activities such as individual, group, large group, and business operations. In this context, this research article discusses how management was conducted in Sangam period society.
