Abstract

Among verbal literatures, short story-known for its intricate narrative-is a literary form that uses many techniques to express its core and ideas. Only when these techniques are employed skillfully does the content merge suitably with form, creating a work of art. By examining how techniques are used in Pavani’s short stories, one can understand the distinctive qualities of her stories.
