Abstract

In recent times, Tamil Nadu has been greatly troubled by the severe disease dengue, and the public has been pushed into further anxiety by certain circulating claims. Among them are alarming messages stating that Nilavembu Kudineer Chooranam, which we commonly use as a preventive and therapeutic remedy, causes infertility. The allegation being made in various places is that the consumption of Nilavembu Kudineer affects sperm production in men, thereby leading to infertility.
