Abstract

Among the Tamil scholars born in Pandinad, Tamilannal is one who possesses excellent research methodology and expertise in comparative literary theory. The commentaries and research works stand as evidence proclaiming his scholarship, particularly in Sangam literature and Tolkappiyam. This article examines Tamilannal's thoughts on 'iraichchí'.
