Abstract

Literature plays a significant role in disseminating social ideas among people. Literary works that reflect societal perspectives tend to transcend time. Because such literature mirrors social consciousness, readers are naturally drawn to it with interest. Prose fiction, in particular, captures both attention and meaning. Since novels are often based on society and history, they are categorized into three types: social novels, historical novels, and detective fiction. These genres not only entertain but also provide insights into the prevailing social conditions and cultural trends.
