Library is no exception in today's intellectual world where anything can be accessed instantly, hence all books are becoming computerized. Library bibliographies play an important role in social progress and research because the library's fifth rule of timeliness states that the right information should reach the right reader at the right time. This article describes the bibliography that enables various functions in libraries around the world.
