Abstract

Novels bring out history with evidence. After Kumari Kandam plunged into the sea, the Pandyas from there migrated to Kapadapuram. The accounts of other linguists suggest that there must have been a very special civilization at Kapadapuram. There is no evidence in history of the existence of a group called ‘Kapalika’ during the Sangam Age, Sangam Maruviya period or the early Pallava period. History can be traced through novels.
