Abstract
The ancient Tamil people managed their lives with a systematic approach. Their administrative skills were evident in aspects of human life, nature, and morality. A leader governed effectively by managing both the people of his region and the natural resources. A leader who did not interfere in others’ households was considered a person of authority, while a woman in the household could exercise leadership within her domain. They maintained justice through moral principles and managed water resources efficiently. These practices reflect the administrative abilities of ancient Tamils and the leadership qualities of both men and women.
