A survey reveals for every one crore rupees in investment in housing, nearly 290 industries in the building material sector has got activated besides the core manufacturing sector like cement, steel and bricks. Investment in housing is capable of achieving a three in one solution of employment generation, economic development and human development. Thus the flow of FDI in Indian Service Sector is boosting the growth of Indian Economy. This necessitates the study of investment in Indian Real Estate Sector.
