Every twenty seconds of every working minute of every hour throughout the world, someone dies as a result of an industrial accident”.This was how the seriousness of industrial accidents was described by the Director –General of the British Council, in his message of good wishes to the Seventh National Conference on Industrial Safety and Health organized by the National Safety Council, India gives the major accidents in our country.
