Being the master mind in production of a good or service, it is not easy to understand the individual attitudes and perception. Today many experts claim that machines and technology are replacing human resource and minimizing their role or effort. Though artificial intelligence is taking over the human jobs, few jobs cannot be done with AI or to the fact that it cannot be as efficient as a human brain.
