Abstract

This study looks at how the recruitment process affects the quality of hiring at Allianz Services Private Limited. The study used information from 345 employees to examine the parts of the recruitment process such as finding candidates checking their information interviewing them choosing the right person and helping them get started at the company. The results show that employees think the recruitment process is good overall and the part where new employees are helped to get started is the part, which means the company is doing a good job of supporting new employees. The study used tools like statistical tests to confirm that the way the company recruit people has a big impact on the quality of hiring. The study found three things that affect how well the hiring process works: how well the recruitment process works how good the selection process is and things like pay and benefits that the company offers. However, the company needs to improve in some areas, such as making sure everyone has a chance and using recruitment technology. The study says that having a recruitment process that’s well-organized, open and uses technology can improve the quality of hiring and also make employees happier and more likely to stay with the company.
