Abstract

In India, the government has implemented a number of laws and programmes to promote women’s entrepreneurship. Indian women are eager to take on new challenges and take on leadership roles in economic, social, and political organisations in order to start businesses and contribute to the country’s development. Generally, they work in small cottage enterprises, but women have started businesses in a variety of fields. To meet the challenges of global marketplaces, female entrepreneurs must be capable of maintaining and striving for excellence in the present trend. This study focuses on female entrepreneurs in India who rely on evolving economic, social, cultural, and psychological qualities that benefit their economic activity.
