Abstract

The study aims to find out the level of job involvement of polytechnic college teachers in Tiruchirappalli District.

The sample of the study consists of 50 teachers. The data was collected using questionnaire constructed by the researcher individually. The study found that job involvement of teacher differ in relation to age, subjects teaching, Gender and on the basis of designation.
